Who you're dealing with

What Betclub is, and isn't
Betclub is not a bookmaker. We accept no stakes, hold no gambling licence, pay out no winnings, and never ask for your bookmaker login. Betclub records bets you have placed elsewhere and grades them against an independent result. Nothing on this site is betting advice, a tip, or a recommendation to place any bet, and we do not offer gambling services of any kind. You must be 18+ to use it — see responsible gambling.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means we hold your email address to send you one email when Betclub launches. It is not a purchase, it creates no account, and it costs nothing. You can be removed at any time — see privacy. Founding places are capped at 500 and the cap is enforced by the code, not by a countdown; your place is decided by when your signup lands, and referrals affect the order in which launch invites go out. We are not promising a launch date, and founding benefits are described in good faith rather than sold to you.
Odds, results and other numbers
Prices and fixtures shown on this site are snapshots from third-party feeds — currently The Odds API for prices and TheSportsDB for results — and every snapshot states when it was taken. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Always check the price with your own bookmaker before you bet. We give no warranty that any number here is accurate or current, and we are not liable for a bet you placed because of one. The demo's social activity is simulated and labelled as such.
Using it fairly
Don't post bets you didn't place, impersonate anyone, scrape or overload the site, or use it to break the law or your bookmaker's own terms. One record per person — the whole point is that a record can't be gamed by running five and promoting the winner. We can remove access if you do these things.
A record, once posted, stays posted
That is the product, so be sure before you post: a posted bet cannot be edited or deleted afterwards, by you or by us. You can stop posting at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and personal data under privacy.
Pre-launch means pre-launch
The site and demo are provided as they are, without warranties, and may change or be unavailable at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using them — including gambling losses, which are always yours. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
Changes and governing law
If we change these terms we will change the date at the top of this page. Dutch law applies, and the courts of Amsterdam have jurisdiction, unless consumer law in the country you live in gives you the right to bring a claim closer to home.
