What a hosted record is

• Locked before kick-off, by the server. The posted-at stamp and the kick-off time are both written by Betclub, never by the poster. A post is marked locked only when its posted-at is earlier than the kick-off.
• Graded by the result. Verdicts come from the results feed, not from the poster. A verdict can be re-graded only with a stated reason, and every earlier verdict stays on the record.
• Sealed until kick-off, if you want. Any post may be sealed: its match, pick, price and stake stay hidden until its last leg kicks off, while a hash commitment to them is public from the moment of posting — so the record is public from kick-off, sealed until then, committed from the moment of posting. The poster sees their own picks throughout.
• Losers included. A loser renders exactly like a winner. There is no delete, no edit, no hidden month — for the poster, and for Betclub.
• Public and permanent. The record lives at a plain URL anyone can open without an account. Each row links to the public ledger, and an hourly digest of every row is committed to git and published at betclub.gg/ledger/ROWS, so a rewritten row would stop matching the public digest (the copy at betclub.gg/ledger/ is as of the last deploy; the git history is the timestamped record).

Three tiers, ex-VAT

Sealing, API keys and the personal record page are free for every account and are not what a tier buys. Prices exclude VAT; the applicable treatment is stated on the invoice.

1. Locked Record seat one handle

   Locked posting, independent grading, the public record page, its JSON, the badge and the iframe embed. Sealing included.

   €149 / month

2. Community five seats

   Five seats and an organisation page showing every seat's record, with the organisation's own badge, JSON and embed for the customer's site.

   €399 / month

3. White-label Community, on your own domain

   Community plus the customer's own subdomain, its logo on the pages, and help wiring its own tools to the posting API. The founding price is for the first accounts only.

   €600 / month founding (3-month minimum); €1,200–2,500 / month later

What a Locked Record seat buys, beyond what every free account gets (assumed 2026-09-16 — owner to confirm):

1. A monthly statement of the seat's record — a page and a JSON per month listing every row posted that month with its posted-at, kick-off, the pick (or "sealed" with its commitment while still hidden), the verdict, and the row's sha256 as the public digest computes it, with the digest's reference (the published ROWS and DIGEST copies at betclub.gg/ledger/, the last chain line and the commit that anchors it). A document the seat holder hands to a customer or a partner.
2. Hosting under an organisation page, with the organisation's badge, embeds and JSON.
3. A named contact and a 48-hour answer on any grading question.
4. League coverage on request — the results feed is extended, on request, to any of the leagues the odds feed carries (46 today); a league the feed does not carry cannot be posted on.

Community is five such seats plus the organisation page; White-label is Community plus the subdomain, the logo and the API wiring. The deliverable above is stated as an assumption until the owner confirms it (assumed 2026-09-16 — owner to confirm); the order form a customer signs is the binding text.

A 30-day free pilot, then an invoice — off-site

Every tier starts with a 30-day free pilot, counted from the seat's first locked post. Nothing is invoiced before day 30, and a pilot that stops inside its 30 days owes nothing. After that the tier is invoiced monthly by The Quantum Club B.V. (SEPA, ex-VAT).

Hosted records are bought by invoice, off-site — nothing on this site is for sale. There is no checkout, no card form and no buy button anywhere on betclub.gg, and no payment provider is connected. To start a pilot, write to hello@betclub.gg with the handle (or handles) you want hosted.

Betclub is paid by the party it grades

That is the plain fact of a hosted record, and three things follow from it so that the fact does not become a problem for the reader:

• The full losing record stays public. A customer may stop posting; every row it posted stays, at every age, at the same address. Hosting is not curation.
• Betclub makes no efficacy claim about any record — not the word every other badge uses, not a quality mark, not a ranking, not a return figure sold as a forecast. The badge says how many picks were locked and since when; the page shows the rows. A grader paid by the graded cannot be the one to call the record good, so it does not.
• The customer owns its own advertising. What a customer says about its record on its own channels is the customer's statement, not Betclub's; the order form makes the customer responsible for it, and forbids bookmaker links and affiliate material on any hosted page.

What Betclub does not do

• Betclub hosts records; it does not give tips, and it sells no picks. A hosted record is its author's own statement of what they posted before kick-off — graded by us, endorsed by nobody.
• Betclub takes no money from bookmakers: no affiliate links, no sponsored odds, no bookmaker money on any page.
• Betclub is not a bookmaker. It accepts no stakes, holds no gambling licence and pays out no winnings — see responsible gambling and the terms for hosted records.
